| General | | The Gulf Hotel Bahrain is a 5 star resort offering luxury accommodation and facilities in a prime city area. The hotel is located in the central Juffair district, opposite the Grand Mosque. It is not far from the business and major shopping area Manama Bab Al Bahrain. Nearby attractions include the Bahrain National Museum, the Dana Mall and Khamis Mosque. The international airport is also just a short drive away, providing quick transfer times. The hotel is housed in a landmark modern building that also incorporates the Gulf Convention Centre. Surrounding the complex are tropical landscaped gardens, replete with a lagoon style swimming pool, terrace areas, whirlpool spa and children�s pool and play area. There is also a Health and Recreation Club, which boasts fully equipped separate sex gymnasiums, squash and tennis courts. Dining opportunities are plentiful, with eight leading restaurants located onsite.
