Perfectly posistioned beside Circular Quay and across from the Botanic Gardens, the hotel is located in the Central Business Districts, short stroll to the Opera House. Shops, theatres and restaurants are all within walking distance of the hotel, as is the historical Rocks area and Sydney Harbour Bridge.

Recently refurbished rooms are large, well appointed with modern conveniences, in a traditional Australian style. Bathrobe, hair dryer, and iron & ironing board are in all rooms. Rooms and bathrooms are in exceptional condition. Harbour/garden view rooms offer magnificent views of Eastern part of Sydney Harbour and over Botanic Gardens.

Dining Facilities

The hotel's fine dining 30 something is on the 31st floor with magnificent views of Sydney. On the first floor is Cafe Opera, a popular seafood buffet restaurant. The Cortile is a coffee shop on the ground level. A new bistro was added in May 2004 near the rear entrance on the ground level.

Brief Description

The hotel has a medium sized lobby with a separate group entrance. Reception is to the side, with Cortile - a three tiered sandstone and marble couryard to the right. This is a well known meeting place not only for visitors but for locals too.
